Led by visionary Chairman Marc Garson of Remcoda, revolutionized Asian manufacturing by pioneering operations in Mainland China.
As one of the first Western companies to establish a presence in the region, Garson International opened its inaugural office in Shanghai, spawning extensive sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics networks that connected China, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam to the US market.

The founding principle of IBrands was to build brands of distinction. During this period, Marc and his companies owned and licensed brands including Rocawear, Superdry, Seven7 Jeans, Ed Hardy, and Echo.
BluZen
BluZen was founded with the purpose of making wellness accessible to everyone, recognizing that wellness is a lifelong journey. Presently, BluZen products are available in over 10,000 retail stores across the United States, Canada, Europe, the United Arab Emirates, and Australia.

Remcoda was formed and named after’s Marc’s three sons Remy, Cole, and Darryn who each joined the family business.

As retail shutdowns occurred, Remcoda adapted to the challenges posed by the COVID pandemic by shifting its focus to the food service industry. Utilizing its extensive global infrastructure, Remcoda emerged as the USA’s largest importer of safety products throughout the pandemic.

Amid the global supply chain crisis, Remcoda successfully expanded its operations into the food service and janitorial markets. While established suppliers faced challenges, Remcoda efficiently delivered crucial products like pizza boxes, portion cups, cutlery, coffee cups, and disposable gloves to meet the growing demands of these industries.

Marc Garson
Chairman
Marc Garson is the Founder & Chairman of IBrands Global and an experienced manufacturing and retail industry veteran. As a supply chain pioneer in Asia, Marc established extensive sourcing, manufacturing and logistics operations connecting China, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam to the US market, enabling total exports to exceed $3 billion throughout his career.
Marc and his companies have owned or licensed world-renowned brand assets including Harley Davidson, Sketchers, BCBG, bebe, FUBU, Superdry, Naf Naf, Brookstone, Rocawear, Lucky Brand, XOXO and Echo, amongst many others. He regularly supplies industries spanning fashion, health & wellness, food service and safety products and works with the country’s leading retailers and distributors.

Chief Executive Officer
Remy Garson is the CEO of Remcoda, a global supply partner to leading foodservice and retail businesses including Performance Food Group, Papa John’s, Delta Air Lines, CVS, and Home Depot.
Remcoda is an all-in-one global supply partner that manages all aspects of supply from product development, international sourcing & manufacturing, quality assurance, vertically integrated logistics, and sales support.
Remy is also on a mission to help lead the movement to transition the industry from single-use plastic and foam disposables to 100% compostable and biodegradable sustainable alternatives.
As an entrepreneur and a member of YPO, he is widely regarded as an expert on supply chain, macro environments, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. His insights have been featured on global news outlets such as Bloomberg, Fox Business, CNBC, and Forbes.

Darryn Garson
Chief Growth Officer
As the Chief Growth Officer at Remcoda, Darryn Garson is an innovative leader who oversees the company’s retail division. With a keen focus on driving growth, Darryn manages every aspect of the retail operations, including sourcing, product development, sales, logistics, planning, design, customer service, and marketing.
Under Darryn’s direction, the retail division has witnessed exceptional success. One of his significant achievements is the management and growth of our flagship brand, BluZen. With Darryn’s strategic guidance, BluZen has distribution in over 10,000 retail doors worldwide. Furthermore, Darryn has successfully spearheaded the private label division of the business, securing active programs with leading retailers such as ULTA Beauty, Walgreens, CVS, and the TJX Companies.
Before joining Remcoda, Darryn worked in the commercial real estate market. This experience honed his skills in negotiation, deal structuring, and strategic planning, which he effectively applies to his current role.
Darryn holds a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Michigan.
Carmine Pappagallo
Chief Financial Officer
Carmine Pappagallo serves as Remcoda’s Chief Financial Officer. Carmine has a successful track record in financial leadership at some of the world’s leading fashion brands, from Valentino and FILA to Proenza Schouler, Derek Lam, and Elie Tahari Ltd.
During his 15 years at Valentino, Carmine served as CFO and COO. Carmine was instrumental in designing and executing the Brand’s strategic plan in the Americas, with a particular focus on retail and e-commerce expansion and international growth in Canada, Mexico, Central and South America. Valentino’s revenue increased by $250 million during Carmine’s tenure, with high single digit positive earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA).
Carmine was appointed as CFO to Remcoda in January of 2022 to provide financial leadership across the Company’s global supply chain platform. Carmine will also be implementing supportive processes to assist Remcoda’s ecosystem achieve smooth operations, drive value, and increase profitability.

Isaac Rosner, our Chief Revenue Officer, is the driving force behind our company’s growth and customer satisfaction. He’s more than just a corporate title; he’s the engine that keeps our business thriving.
Isaac leads a dynamic team of seven sales professionals and specializes in breathing fresh life into our revenue streams. He’s the brain behind innovative product strategies, always on the lookout for new opportunities to bolster our business.
One of Isaac’s standout accomplishments? Closing deals with big names like American Airlines, 7-Eleven, and Papa John’s. But it’s not just about numbers; it’s about nurturing long-lasting relationships with industry leaders.
Isaac proudly holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, combining solid education with real-world experience.

David Morrison
Executive Vice President of Safety Wercs
David Morrison is the Executive Vice President of Safety Wercs, Remcoda’s janitorial and sanitization division. Dedicating his expertise to creating healthier environments for organizations in sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, education, food & beverage, and transportation, David has been an integral part of Safety Wercs’ leadership team since February 2018 with a roster of major clients including Home Depot, HD Supply, Lowes, and Brady IFS.
David has a proven track record of working with Fortune 500 companies and leading teams to achieve exceptional results. Proficient in sales, budgeting, business planning, market planning, and team motivation, he has the ability to connect organizations with tailored solutions that drive long-term success.
Prior to his role at Safety Wercs, David spent over 30 years in sales and sales management positions and has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida.
Jackie Lee
Design Director
As the Design Director at Remcoda, Jackie Lee is the creative force behind the company’s product and packaging design and development, graphic design, art direction and photography.
Jackie manages a team of designers spanning the retail, food service and janitorial & sanitization divisions.
Jackie has implemented structure and organization within the design department, streamlining processes by creating standard operating procedures and leveraging project management and artwork approval software. Her ability to efficiently work with diverse design styles and disciplines, including handbags and novelty essential oil designs, has set the company apart from its competitors.
Prior to joining Remcoda, Jackie ran design departments for fashion houses and brands in New York City and Los Angeles for over 15 years. Jackie has a degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
Radu Cojocaru
Director of Warehouse Operations
Radu Cojocaru oversees all warehouse operations for Remcoda, leading teams responsible for managing Remcoda’s network of 8 distribution centers and its operations at the ports of Los Angeles, Houston, Georgia, and New Jersey.
Prior to joining our company, Radu held prominent logistics roles at Lee Kum Kee and AmerisourceBergen. In these positions, he successfully oversaw warehouse management, materials management, inventory control, and internal transportation. His ability to optimize processes and manage complex operations has made a measurable impact on the success of the organizations he has worked with.
Radu received his MBA from the University of Michigan and holds a BBA from Wayne State University. With his strong educational background and hands-on experience, he brings a unique and comprehensive skill set to his role as Director of Warehouse Operations at Remcoda Express.
James Bracco
Director of the Tableware Division
James Bracco, Director of the Tableware Division at Remcoda, plays a vital role in overseeing the operations of the company’s largest division. James is responsible for procurement, planning, inventory management, ensuring seamless operations, and managing profitability within the division.
Before joining Remcoda, James excelled in the structured debt industry for commercial real estate, acting as the Managing Director for a reputable firm. He originated over $1.5 billion in CRE loans, underwrote numerous loans across various property types, and contributed to multi-billion-dollar CMBS and CLO transactions. Prior to that, he gained valuable experience working in the luxury marina industry for the world’s largest super yacht marina company.
James holds a Master of Science in Decision & Information Science and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Florida.
